What this covers

This policy explains what Wynnton Fence Co collects when you use this website or contact us, and what happens to it. It applies to fencecolumbusco.com and to enquiries made through the phone number and email address published on it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you submit the quote form we receive the name, phone number, email address, location and project details you enter. When you call, we receive your phone number and any voicemail you leave, which may be transcribed to text.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, government identification numbers, or any other sensitive personal data. Please do not send it.

What we do with it

The purpose of the quote form and the phone number is to connect you with one local fence company so that company can call you and price your project. That is what happens to your details: they go to that one company. We do not sell contact information, and we do not distribute a single enquiry to multiple contractors.

We also use enquiry information to respond to you, to keep a record of the request, and in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful.

Calls and voicemail

The phone number on this site is a tracking number operated through a telephony provider. Calls that are not answered go to voicemail, and voicemail messages may be recorded and automatically transcribed so we can respond accurately. Recordings and transcripts are treated the same way as form submissions.

Service providers

Running this site involves a small number of third parties who process data on our behalf: a website host, a form processing service, a telephony provider for the phone number and voicemail, an email delivery service, and a notification service used internally to alert us to new enquiries. Each processes only what it needs to perform its function.

Cookies and tracking

This site is a static website and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical data required to load pages. If analytics are added in future this policy will be updated to say so.

How long we keep things

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to maintain a reasonable business record, and are deleted when neither purpose applies. Server logs are retained on our host's standard schedule.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fencecolumbusco.com and we will handle it. If you would rather not submit anything through the site at all, calling (706) 786-4625 and giving only a first name and a number is entirely fine.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
